Perfect location, a cute neighborhood. house had everything you could want to make your stay perfect. Clean, nice bathrooms, heater in LR worked really well. Beautiful furnishings and, nice "local book" , although we would've liked to have more info on the history of the property. comfy beds
we were able to checkout late since no one was staying after us and they approved us to stay later. That was awesome since we arrived really late.
due to it being winter, didnt get a chance to enjoy the outdoor yard and furnishings but looked great.
The fact that there were little things like coffee filters, basic spices etc was a real plus. Appliances worked great, multiples of cutting boards etc, really well-stocked kitchen
improvements:
need heaters in all bedrooms, only one has an additional heater, first night I slept with all doors closed (as most people do) and was really happy to have the extra blankets provided. 2nd night slept with door open to lr/kitchen area, that did the trick because the LR heater could heat the bedroom.
there is an upstairs rental/property, didn't hear any noise until 11am last day but would've been nice to know that in listing.

Lovely place to stay
5/5 Totally renovated and modernized old home with a sweeping front porch. Fabulous kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enable a family or friends to have enough space. Quiet neighborhood close to shops. Immaculate.

Classic Home in a Great Location
5/5 We were visiting friends and family for the week, and this was the perfect house for us.
3 comfortable bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and high-speed internet for remote work.
We will be staying here again in a few months.
