  My family and I had the best stay! As soon as we entered the front door we could tell this place was different!! 1) the decor is to die for. 2) a welcome basket upon entry. 3) super clean and renovated. 4) plenty of balconies and a rooftop deck with a fire pit. 5) fully stocked laundry room!!! Honestly this sets the bar so high for my future vacation rentals. STAY HERE if you’re visiting Seattle. • Amazing Stay in Seattle

  Staying at this home was a fantastic experience for me and my wife, fully recommend it and rate 5 stars. The home was modern, super clean and stylish with a chic feel and aesthetic to it, while still being comfortable. There were plenty of comfortable room and bed options, as well as ample bathroom and kitchen space. We also really loved the extra welcoming touches like the welcome basket and treats on arrival, super convenient after a long day of travel.

  The host team was very prompt with reaching out too and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The location is convenient with great access to I5 to make getting around the city easy. It's also close to Columbia City for dining and entertainment nearby. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Seattle.

• Group Mothers & Daughters Trip

  A perfect end to our Seattle trip. We are a group of 3 mom’s each with their adult daughters celebrating one daughters 40th birthday.

  This was the last rental we stayed in and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Check in was seamless and upon entering the condo we found a wonderful welcome basket waiting for us filled with the owners favorite locally made goodies along with other drinks and snacks. We spoke with the owner briefly and he offered instructions on how to arm and disarm the extra security system. I have experience working in management in the hotel industry which makes me very aware of the cleanliness of my environment and this rental passed my cleanliness test with flying colors. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout made our stay feel like home. Multiple USB and outlets on every nightstand as well as the kitchen island. 4 bed pillows on each bed consisting of 2 soft and 2 firm so each person had their choice along with exceptional bedding. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion in each bathroom as well as feminine products. Unlike many rentals in Seattle, this rental also has mini split ac units in each of the 3rd floor bedrooms as well as the main living 2nd floor which was perfect for 6 women in different stages of life. We were so busy sightseeing we unfortunately did not have time to enjoy the rooftop living area and fire table but we did take a peek and it was very nice. A+ - Rent this one!

• Perfect end to our mothers & daughters WA celebration

  A beautiful VRBO to end our Seattle and Washington coast vacation! We are a group of 4 mom’s and 4 adult daughters. Seven of us traveled from the east coast to WA to celebrate one daughters 40th birthday who lives in Seattle. Three mom’s and three daughters stayed at this VRBO.

  Parking: We arrived early on a Sunday evening, parked on the street per instructions as there is no parking allowed in driveway. Parking on the street was never a problem as there were always close spots available within a short, flat walk to the unit.

  Checking in: I texted the host to ask which unit letter we were staying in to which I received an immediate response from the host. My fault for not paying better attention to the confirmation which listed the unit number. Entering the unit was seamless with the digital code we were given. To our delight we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket which we later learned was filled with the hosts favorite locally crafted beverages along with other snacks & goodies.

  Rental condition: It was clear the minute we entered the home was thoughtfully designed with attention to detail & comfort. The home is a recent new build & was exceptionally clean. Modern & bright with neutral decor & plenty of windows.

  Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Each bed had 1 set of firm & 1 set of soft pillows as well as very comfortable mattress’s and bedding. There are multiple outlets & USB ports on each nightstand. Closets with plenty of space & hangers. First floor bedroom has a king bed with en-suite tub/shower combo. The 2 third floor bedrooms each have queen beds, large flat screen tv’s, mini split AC units. These bedrooms share a large jack & Jill bathroom with a huge walk in shower. All bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of bath towels & multiple pump soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer, & a black makeup towel. There were even feminine products available.

  Main floor/living area: The second floor/main living area is an open concept which was perfect for all of us to gather together. The kitchen was well stocked & has modern appliances. The kitchen Island has multiple outlets & USB ports. All the necessities needed were provided such as garbage bags, dish soap/dishwasher pods, paper towels, coffee, toilet paper & laundry detergent. This floor also has a mini split AC wall unit.

  Rooftop: Added bonus Is the rooftop lounge with fire table! Unfortunately we were too busy to use it.

  Final opinion: A great home away from home A+!

• Luxurious Living with Gorgeous 360 Views

  This was my first “evolve” booking and I was nervous, but I should not have been. It may look like it’s too good to be true, but it’s REAL!

  Four glorious floors of elegant design and tons of light. 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, an incredible rooftop with 360 neighborhood views including gorgeous sunsets and a view of Mount Rainier!!!

  One bathroom has a big soaking tub, another has a modern shower my daughter referred to as a “human car wash”, a kitchen designed so that this chef was HAPPY and needed nothing but to hit the grocery store about a quarter mile away.

  There are lots of different spaces to unwind and separate, if that’s your thing or come together. All of the appliances are brand new and the TVs are modern and have every app you can imagine for streaming as well as preprogrammed viewing.

  An easy walk to the Othello train stop or take your car into the city. Street parking was available, you may have to jockey for a spot or walk a short distance but we could drop our things near the driveway and park elsewhere and felt completely safe doing so.

  A quick 5 minute walk to a couple great food places (try the Bahn Mi at Le’s Deli) and a coffee shop, but you may never want to leave this paradise!

  Super fast response with any questions from our concierge and host when we had a question or minor issue. The home is in a residential neighborhood with lots of new construction in a medical/university type atmosphere.

  It was an easy, quick jump on the freeway to access anything we wanted in Seattle within 15 minutes. Great for anyone who needs a place in South Seattle, especially visiting the US Coast Guard Base.

  I 100% recommend this listing and almost didn’t want to review it because I fear it won’t be available the next time I’m in Seattle! Kudos to the entire team! EVERY vacation home rental should be as beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming as this one. Thank you for trusting us with your home.
