4/5 The house was spacious. It is very close to both trails and no far from downtown. You could actually walk to Icicle ridge trailhead but a walk to town would be a bit too far in this road. The only negatives are not significant. The outside was overgrown and the inside was a bit “well worn” in places. It was clean with comfortable beds, couches and plenty of tables for eating or games. Overall I would definitely recommend this location but would suggest the “owner/property manager” to give it a bit more care.
