Weekend ski trip
5/5 Perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. Very cozy and comfortable. Very convenient location. Could fit 3 couples comfortably. Kitchen is tight but we did cook dinner one night and the other we went to Devils Backbone which was an easy drive and always good. We would stay here again and bring some friends!

No Wifi Password Provided
3/5 This was supposed to be a working weekend. Cell service is spotty in the area, so I was relying on the advertised wifi for this purpose. The wifi password wasn't provided in any of the emails or texts from the host group, nor was it posted in the unit. I contacted the property manager who tried to reach out to the owner but was apparently unsuccessful. The unit itself needs some maintenance, e.g. there's a 4 inch hole in the wall above the couch, the front door knob is held together with scotch tape. The area and fall leaves were nice.

- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. We have since followed up with our local property manager and have provided a guestbook with property information including the wifi network and passcode. In addition, we have also requested this information be included in the check-in instruction email, and as the homeowner, I will be sending all guests a welcome text providing contact information for myself should our primary contact be unavailable.
- We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, the hole in the wall has since been repaired, and the front door knob is scheduled to be replaced this week.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
