  Located in a mixed media, residential area~ with homes, apts, industrial sites 5 min by car to the marina. Not a home for mixed aged families as everything is by steep stairs-the front steps, the bedrooms are all up another steep stairwell, the garage is down and up another steep flight of stairs. While the house was spotless, the sheets were not washed on any of the beds. We figure that if we were paying a cleaning fee we should at least have clean sheets. These sheets did not smell or feel fresh. Also when one family member opened the kitchen door into the garage, he was greeted by a giant “ Trespassing sign- "You are being watch but security cameras” which begged the question as to whether the entire stay was under surveillance. No, we would not stay again- the lack of clean sheets was the ultimate deal breaker.

  - While the area is mixed in terms of property types, it's an up-and-coming and desirable place to live. There's no industrial presence, and it's undergoing significant new construction, making it an exciting area for many.
  - The "No Trespassing" sign in the garage area deters unauthorized access to our personal items. There are no interior cameras in the home, which would violate city ordinances. Exterior cameras are for security, as stated in the listing.

  I am OCD in cleanliness. This house is very well kept, pretty, accessible to the beach, and so appealing to the eye.

  Communication was exemplary. I loved the house. Off street parking is important to me and I definitely had it here. My sheets were nice and soft. The dishes and glasses were very clean. Little added touches that I loved were the swings in the backyard, the kayaks and bikes. I love options and my wish was granted here. I will definitely repeat my stay here again. Book this beauty and you will not be disappointed.

  Spacious and comfortable home in convenient area. Breakfast at Karla's and beach were just a short walk up the st. Cooked family dinner with ease thanks to the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed morning and evenings on the backdoor patio. Great home, thank you!
