Great winter stay
5/5 This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It’s perfect for our family for a winter getaway! The location is great and the place is great! We especially loved the upstairs tv and couch. It was a perfect hang out.

Group Stay
5/5 I am very grateful to Kevin for being the BEST and most reliable host EVER! The home was very beautiful, and the location was excellent. We were right in the heart of Garden City and able to access all of our different excursion points very easily. Grocery store and gas station was a two minute walk which was amazing. The home is exactly as described and more plus it is very clean. They had all of the little amenities too, that we had forgotten at our own home. There were cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towel, and other household essentials provided for us, which was a big help. The kitchen table has 2 leaf extension which allows a lot of us to fit during thanksgiving dinner. There is a folding table and folding chairs for extra seating. That was very thoughtful of Kevin to have those as extras. Kids love the hot tub and the club house/game room. It was a minute walking distance! I love how it was away from the house so the kids can get out of the house once in a while. I would highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Garden City.

5/5 Property was great . Maybe needed cleaned a little better but other than that the house was amazing and the owner was fast and responsive when we had a question.
