  The place was good, the room was clean, but the space efficiency was bad and it was much narrower than I thought. The most disappointing thing about the pool and the hot tub. It was very old, poorly maintained, and the water was cold, so I could not get in. If you want to refresh yourself with Spa, I suggest you look elsewhere.

  - I regret to hear that the space efficiency of the Condo did not meet your expectations. The listing clearly states it's a Studio with 424 square feet, suitable for 2 adults. We advise guests to consider their space requirements before booking.
  - I understand your disappointment with the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, I can't control their temperatures, but the pool is heated for swimming, and the hot tub complies with the commercial limit of 104 degrees. I regularly use them without issues.
  - While the building is not brand new, constructed in 1980, we strive to maintain it well. Future renovations may be considered to enhance the overall experience.

• Nice unit but a bit small for a group of 5

  The unit is clean and appears to have been recently updated. Communication with property manager was great with a simple check-in process. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the actual size of the unit. It was quite small for a group of 5. The main bed folds up into the wall. There is also a sofa bed and a set of bunks. When all the beds are setup, there is literally no space to move around in the unit. Any remaining floor space is taken up with bags / suitcases. The bathroom is also tiny with only enough room for one person at a time. Other than the camped space issues, the unit was good and functional for our stay.
