• A lovely quiet home

  This is a wonderful home, and we totally enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is so quiet, and it is convenient to downtown, the missions, and restaurants. The pool was lovely, clean, and a great temperature. Having laundry facilities was really nice and there was enough on the TV to keep us entertained after a long day. The house was well stocked, the bed comfortable, and the bathrooms nicely updated. All in all, a wonderful stay.

• Great for Air Force BMT Graduation

  Love the privacy once the gate is closed! Perfect spot for a new Airman to chill out, which is all ours wanted to do after 8 weeks of Basic Military Training. 20 minutes from Lackland. Clean, roomy, very nice pool and hot tub, easy process.

• San Antonio House in very suspect neighborhood

  This house is in an older, lower income neighborhood. Every Uber driver we used told us that it is an undesirable part of town. The women in our group were not very comfortable staying there and did not sleep well during our stay because of this. We did not experience any negative incidents but would not have booked this house had we known more about the neighborhood. The contents of the house were clean but older and worn and need to be updated. Also, there is not Keurig coffee pot despite the description clearly saying that there is one. In addition, when I reached out to "Evolve" they told me that they cannot do anything about that and that I should contact the local property manager. I did attempt to do this multiple times but never received any reply at all during our stay. I would never stay at this house again!!!

  - We are in an older neighborhood but it is a very safe place and our neighbors are wonderful. We have not had any guests who have shared your feelings as they have mentioned how the neighborhood is positive and they felt safe here. I'm disappointed that Uber would have drivers who would give opinions on something they know nothing about.
  - We do not list a Keurig as one of our kitchen amenities, we have a coffee maker that works very well.
  - We apologize we did not have any missed messages from you, we would have been happy to assist you.

• Clean and comfortable

  Stayed here with my college son to get out of Michigan for a few days. The home is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood may not be upscale or anything, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Very close to all attractions. Kitchen is a little outdated but nothing to down grade my rating. Overall there is plenty of room for a family and it's super convenient.

• Weekend getaway

  This property was exceptionally clean. Linens were of great quality, nice and soft. Beds were comfortable. After spending the day walking in downtown and visiting the alamo, the hot tub was perfect to relax your tired legs. There is an electric gate at driveway which make you feel safe on this property. The neighborhood was quite and is close to all activities.
