Clean and spacious. No hot tub as advertised.
4/5 The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was perfect. The bedrooms were great. The decor was cute.
Downfalls- there is a camera to the pool area as disclosed, this was pretty weird and if I had my children come, quite concerning so we covered it up during our stay. The "hot tub" was just an upper pool. Average hot tub temps are set to 100 degrees and this got to 85 max. Really shouldn't be listed as a hot tub. The laundry detergent was empty. And apparently there are a lot of fines that weren't listed in the description but we're in the welcome book or on items in the house. The welcome book has many typos and spelling errors but that's being nit picky. The book recommended some places that were closed. It just needs a good update.
It would be 5 rating if it was a hot tub and the camera wasn't there because overall the house is very nice.

-The hot tub is indeed a true HOT tub. It could be separately heated up to 104 degrees, however, it's important to note that the pool and hot tub heaters cannot operate simultaneously. When the pool is heated, the hot tub will also warm up but only to 85 degrees. Since you ordered pool heating, we activated the pool heater for your stay. If you had told us to heat the hot tub, we could have easily switched to the hot tub heater for you.
-The security camera facing the backyard is intended to ensure the safety of both our property and our guests, without intruding on anyone's privacy. Our guest can request to cover it during their stay if they deem it unnecessary for their security.
-We appreciate you spotting typos and outdated information in our welcome book. We will carefully review and update it.
-Lastly, had we been notified about the shortage of detergent in Lovett, we would have quickly arranged for it to be delivered to you during your stay.
Despite our best efforts to ensure everything is perfect, occasionally we overlook it. Hope you can understand. We are looking forward to welcoming and hosting more happy guests in the future!”Gentlemen Trip
