  • Cute cabin

    4/5

The cabin was nice however it wasn’t the cleanest. I would also suggest more things in the kitchen for cooking use especially for people who stay more then a couple days. Hot tub was nice after it reached temperature

  • Charming & Rustic Cabin

    4/5

This cabin was great for our spring break trip to the smokey mountains. We have an 8 & 9 year old who LOVED the hottub, pool table and PacMan game. The location was perfect and very centrally lcoated for being able to get to downtown Glatinburg, downtown Pigeon Forge, or to a hike in the moutnains. As other reviewer mentioned the internet and cell service is spotty and wifi goes in and out. But it wasn't unbearable and we were able to use the smart tv's in the evenings (with some glitches) and our cell phones were in and out but not completely shut down. The cabin is rustic and charming.

A few things that we thought could use improvement:

    1) The majority of the lights bulbs that are strung above the hot tub and deck were out. Those need to be replaced as it really does at an ambiance to the hot tub that we missed out on.

    2) The window on the top level were so dirty and grimy that you can barley see out of them. With such a beautiful view it would have been nice to have some clean windows to look out of.

3)A back up roll of TP, Papertowels and degergents would have been appreciated. While I understand this i not a hotel, we did stay for 5 days and one laundry detergent and 1 roll of TP and Papertowels just doesn't cut it for that long of a stay.

4)there was some garbage and beer cans scattered in the woods from previous guests that shoudl be cleaned up.

Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again and would recommend to someone heading to the area.

  • Weekend Getaway

    5/5

Had a great experience at the cabin. The driveway would be hard to get up in the winter time, but it was no issue while we were staying there. The cabin is easy to get to from the main strip in Pigeon Forge.

  • DISAPPOINTED

    1/5

Disappointed is an understatement. We booked this cabin for the weekend of 2/16/2024. After our 7+ hour drive, we arrived in shock as the pictures on the booking were very misleading. Warped floors from water damage, stains all over the pool table, unstable furniture, hot water knob for the jacuzzi tub not secure, unable to contact the host as there was no service & WiFi instructions were non existent (Informed they'd be located by the fireplace in the family room). We left shortly after arriving, ended up staying downtown for the night & left the next morning. After reaching out multiple times, we're informed FIVE days later that the host declined any kind of refund, including the cleaning fee. Bad business unfortunately. I hope this helps, as so you don't waste your money.

    Manager's Response:

Hi Jennifer, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
    - Upon reviewing the photos from the cleaning before your stay, we found that they align with the listing images. We used a professional photographer to ensure that the listing images accurately portray the cabin, allowing guests to decide before booking if the property meets their tastes.
    - The floors are in good condition; they're floating wood floors, and there are no issues with warping or water damage.
    - We acknowledge that the pool table could use recovering as it's a bit old and faded. However, it's still functional for playing. We'll consider this for future updates.
    - Our maintenance team checked all the furniture and tightened all the legs along with the knob of the jacuzzi, successfully resolving these issues.
    - Directions for connecting to the WiFi network are located on the router, which can be found on the table beside the fireplace. The password is also provided on the modem. We include this information in the pre-stay information to ensure guests are aware.
    - Following your report, we shared photos with timestamps from the cleaning conducted before your check-in. Working closely with Evolve, we confirmed that the property was clean and in guest-ready condition for your arrival. Based on industry standards, we determined that a refund wasn't warranted.
We work hard to provide an outstanding guest experience and we look forward to hosting many happy travelers.
