  Title: A Perfect Retreat at the Enchanted Cabin

  My partner and I enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming cabin, exceeding our expectations with its pristine and welcoming setup. Despite initial concerns from a previous review, the accuracy of the online images reassured us. The indoor pool, maintained at a cozy 85 degrees with effective lighting, provided a perfect sanctuary from the chilly air. The minimalist decor was ideal given our rambunctious chocolate lab’s presence, allowing us to relax without worry.

  The cabin featured a supremely comfortable bed and a well-functioning projector, perfect for movie nights. We made good use of the spacious back deck and the hot tub. Clear, practical instructions around the cabin facilitated easy use of all amenities. The pool’s passway buzzer, a safety feature that alerts if the gate is left open for more than seven seconds, was a thoughtful addition, especially for guests with children.

  Our culinary experiences in Pigeon Forge enhanced our stay, and Erika, our host, was exceptionally attentive. Her daily check-ins via text ensured a personalized and comfortable experience.

  Overall, our visit was a blend of relaxation, comfort, and joy in a well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed setting, perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway in a pet-friendly environment. Highly recommended for its excellent facilities and tranquil ambiance.

• Very Disappointed!

  To start the Projector in the basement didn’t work nor did it have remote controls. Pool lights didn’t work and when we reached out to the “guest contact Erika” to express our concerns she told us she’s reaching out to her team, Erika never responded after that. There was Bat feces all over the back deck, I hosed it off the first day and the next morning it was all piled up again due to a bat infestation in cabin roof. We couldn’t utilize the hot tub due to these issues. Many holes in the walls where insects were entering the cabin and the holes were “hidden” with fake plants or home decor. The owner description says “Handicap and Elderly friendly”… NOT TRUE. My son is a leg cast and although he can’t get in the pool, he wasn’t able to sit pool side due to the STEEP AND NARROW dangerous stairway going to the pool. STAY AWAY…. We left the property early due to many many issues. Very disappointing and sad. My family and I were so excited to visit the smoky mountains of TN and this definitely hurt our experience.

  Owner's response: "Eric, We work hard to deliver a 5-star experience for all our guests and we're disappointed that we did not meet your expectations.
  - We fixed the projector during your stay and it was working fine.
  - Erika was extremely prompt and courteous in all her responses to your messages about the remotes and pool lights. We tried to fix the pool light, but we were not able to get it fixed as a new light needed to be ordered. It was received after you left but it has been fixed and is now working. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  - The steps are standard size and have not had any issues going up and down these steps, we have also not received any complaints from our guests.
  - We have checked on your other issues and upon further investigation found no proof. We're sorry that our home was not what you were looking for, but we tried to make things better for you while you were in the home. We even gave you a partial refund but nothing we did seemed to have made a difference. We wish you safe travels in the future.
  We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
