- The home is newly built so GPS will stop you at the corner of Hickory and Osprey. Merge right on Osprey and the home is on the left
- It may be best to enter '904 Osprey Way' into the GPS. That will take you to a big red cabin on our street. Turn right at this red cabin, and follow that street down to 931

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Put the cover back on the hot tub if used
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
