Family get together
5/5 It worked for our party of 7. The only issue we had was that we weren’t able to sit down together for meals because there was not enough seating for all of us. We noticed a lot of dog hair under the sofa. Limited parking.We were glad it was close to downtown. For the most part it worked for us. We would rent it again.

Night out in Nashville
5/5 Good spot to stay to see Nashville. This was close to the downtown, easy Uber ride there. The house was very comfortable and clean.
Great Stay
5/5 I read all the reviews before we choose to stay here and figured I would try my best to give a good honest review. We rented a car at the airport, so we didn’t worry about Uber/Lyft but it’s just a short drive to Broadway.
There was 7 adults and the house fit us perfectly. It was very clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. There are tons of books, games, and movies if you are planning a night in or have some downtime. The neighborhood is up and and coming, while it’s not the best, we felt safe the entire time. All of Nashville is that way though!
I saw a few reviews talking about the yard. It’s the middle of summer and Nashville has A LOT of humidity. Plants love humidity and grow like weeds. So no the yard isn’t perfectly maintained but it wasn’t bad like some of the reviews.
Our experience was great and we would stay here again!
