Comfortable and Convenient
5/5 This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, and I kept reading about the traffic and that the ability to walk to activities and restaurants was important. This condo was listed as being conveniently located with easy access to everything Gatlinburg has to offer, and we were pleased to find it was absolutely true! The condo was also extremely clean and has been newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the HVAC units worked very well. The balcony was nice and provided a lovely view of the Smoky MountainsBoth the concierge service and the owner were very responsive when I had a couple of questions upon arrival. The only minor issue, which is nothing the condo owner has any control over, is the garbage pick up occurs multiple times a week at 2:45 am, and the master bedroom is right above the pick up area. Light sleepers could find this irritating so bring some earplugs with you. Overall we were very happy with our stay and our experience with the owner. We would stay here again!

Perfect place, close to downtown!
5/5 Condo was on a hill and super close to the main downtown Gatlinburg area. This was one of the reasons we decided to stay here as it allowed us to walk everywhere! The unit was updated, clean and had a nice cozy feel. It had just enough space for the four of us. Definitely would recommend as the location was perfect. Just be aware that with the condo on a hill you are walking up and down inclines.
Great spot
5/5 We were looking for a place right by the strip where we could walk downtown and we found it. This place was great, great views, close to everything! The property manager was helpful and quick to call or text you back. I would definately stay here again!
