  My family and I have no negative comments about this cabin. But if I was forced to nit pic, I would like to see a couple of the rooms upgraded to bigger beds. I'm a larger person and that would put this cabin over the top for me. This was the second year we picked this cabin and would pick it again in the future. Enjoyed the weekend

  We were afraid (because one cannot always get the full picture online...) that the house was going to be really secluded and far from everything. Instead, it was far enough away to be "away", yet close to pretty much everything. We had a family reunion at this house--13 adults and a toddler--and it worked out well. The house is laid out such that 2 bedrooms share a bathroom; there are 4 bathrooms in the house (always a plus for 14 people!). It came pleasantly stocked with bath tissue, soap, shampoos, garbage bags, coffee filters. There was a grocery store nearby. Because of our numbers, we cooked meals at the house; a second dishwasher would have been nice, as it seemed we went through a lot of dishes fast and had to wait for loads of dishes to complete in order to get everything cleaned. My other suggestion re the house is that it would have been nice to have screens for the sliding doors. It was warm enough to open windows, but all the windows were in the bedrooms. We could not just leave the sliders open without screens bc of the flies and chipmunks abounding. There is no air conditioning; so on some days, the house felt stuffy. Final critique is regarding the hot tub: the water looked clear when the jets were not on, but once the jets came on, a brown foam layered the surface and you could see particles in the water; a musty smell present. We called maintenance to address, and they very promptly sent someone out, but the issue remained. They said it was safe to use, but most of us were not convinced. That was disappointing, as the evenings were nice and cool, borderline chilly, and after a day of hiking, the hot tub would have been amazing. Otherwise, we were happy with this house and its location! We did day trips to many historic places, like Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Wounded Knee, and did a lot of hiking. Such beauty! There is a (109 mile!) multi-use trail (bicycles, walk, run) that crosses the front of the property; great for those not into mountain terrain. There are small towns around for those who like to shop or prefer to dine out. We would return again!

  3 family from Casper wy and 3 families from Nebraska. Got together all immediate family. Like space and away from hustle and bustle. Bring our own food and enjoy family and games. We had some issues and I will submit online. Great host guy that responded fast

  Kitchen was well supplied with everything one would need. Beds were comfortable! Home was clean and well kept up! Enjoyed!
