Beautiful Place
5/5 We loved our condo unit #7 at Summer Times! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming. The owners were kind and great communicators. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad and the beach was not too crowded. The waves were perfect for teens to have a fun time. We loved our stay.

Great Condo!
5/5 The condo was very clean and all linens, towels, soaps, etc. were provided. Great location to the beach and everything that North Myrtle has to offer. If we go back to North Myrtle, we will definitely stay again.
My only complaint is the location of the dumpster, which the owner has no control over.

Most enjoyable stay yet
5/5 The host was the most pleasurable ,the condo was the cleanest place we have stayed in in our 35+years going to myrtle beach. Boy we have rented from them all and could tell some tales of our experiences. If you want a clean place in a great location with a host that is great,this is the place

Very surprised
5/5 Been going to Myrtle Beach since I was in diapers I guess . Went with mom and dad all my years living with them. Then married introduced my wife from Colorado and my kids to the beach, we have been together 36 years. We have rented from most rental company's and airbb,VRBO etc and I must say this was the most enjoyable and most pleasureable trip so far. The host was more than helpful and his place was to say the least the cleanest place we have ever had. Boy I could tell you some nightmares. Russ you and your wife are the definition of the hostess with the mostest. Look forward to a return trip a little longer next time.

Weekend Getaway
4/5 My family and I enjoyed our little getaway. The weather wasn’t great and we never made it to the beach but we found other ways to enjoy ourselves. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed even a large table to play board games. The tvs were nice; found some good movies to watch.
The only complaint is there wasn’t a nice view from our location.
Everything else was great!
