  The condo was overall pretty cute for appearance. When we first walked in there was a very strange smell. We finally found that the drawer in the small kitchen table had a bag of rotten onions in it. The cabinet door in the bathroom falls right off if you try to touch it and the screen door from the bedroom to the patio was not put on. It was just leaning against the condo. The hot tubs were further away from our condo area then we would have thought but we still went over there one night just to find that the water was only about 93 degrees. Us and other couples that were there only lasted about 5 minutes before leaving because it was just not warm enough for the cool temperatures outside.

  -Regarding the cleanliness of the property, our dedicated cleaners uphold high standards and clean all surfaces while replacing linens for each new guest. However, due to time constraints, they may not always have the opportunity to inspect every drawer for items left behind by previous guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  -We regret any inconvenience caused by the hot tub temperature. Please note that this is regulated by the condo complex, and unfortunately, it falls beyond our control.
  Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

  We were not given a dry erase marker upon check in to fill in the expiration date on our car hanger. I wrote the date on a piece of paper and attached it to the hanger, as to not to mess it up.

  My car was towed the next morning and we had to pay $160 to get it back.

  Our property manager and company were notified of the situation. The

  blame was placed back on us and we were not given a refund.

  In addition, broken bathroom vanity door.

  Non-functional screen door. The chairs on the deck were broken and dangerous for small children.

  We saw several cockroaches as well.

  Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

  I wish I could add photos to this feedback.

  It was a great condo and clean but do not forget to bring a dry erase marker for your parking pass to write the date you’re leaving you will get a ticket.
