  My boyfriend and I planned a quick getaway trip for his birthday weekend. We just wanted a quiet relaxing time and the apartment location was perfect. The only thing I’d recommend is that the cleaning service does a deeper clean because I did find some stray hair that did not belong to us.

  Property nicely maintained. The unit we used had a rusty and broken screen door and the dollar store dishware was not attractive. Other than that condo was clean and fit our needs.

  We would like to emphasize that despite the issue with the screen door, it remains fully functional and does not detract from the overall quality of the property.
  -As for the dishware, we regret if it did not meet your expectations. While our dishware is durable and of good quality, we want to clarify that it is not from the Dollar Tree/Dollar Store. We understand that preferences can vary, and aim to provide practical and functional items for our guests to use during their stay.

• Inadequate Kitchen

  We stayed at this property for 3 weeks. Our plan was to cook our meals but that was a challenge. The kitchen was equipped with an incomplete set of plastic, camping style dishes, there were no cooking knives, no kettle and not a single dish that could be used in the oven. Having stayed in other units in previous years, we expected a better equipped kitchen. The unit was superficially clean but some areas seem to be overlooked during the cleaning process.

  Owner's response: "Hetty, It is our mission to provide a 5-star experience for all our guests, and we are disappointed and surprised that you were not satisfied.
  - We had planned a trip to the unit to ensure everything was ready for your visit when the entire family came down with something and we had to cancel the trip. We're sorry that we did not get a chance to stop in, but we enjoyed having you in our home as you have been one of our first long-term renters. We communicated with you and we tried to explain our few downfalls and would have done what we could for you if you had let us know you were not pleased.
  - We provide all our guests a durable plasticware and cutlery. It's not glass and it's better than paper, but it is sturdy reusable, and heavy-duty.
  - Some of the items you felt were missing in the kitchen were the cutting board, kettle, knife, and grater. We did have some of these items and like we mentioned they may have been broken by previous guests and not replaced. Or unfortunately walked away like so many of the things we have provided in the past. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but if you needed these we would have appreciated the opportunity to replace them so that you could have had a better experience.
  - As for the cleanliness, we were saddened that you felt it was superficially cleaned, our cleaning team does a great job and we have not had any issues. If it was something that truly needed extra attention we would have sent them back but you did not bring this up while in the home.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

  The place was just as described, it was very clean. The host responded within minutes after leaving him a voicemail! The walk to the beach and pool was less than 5 minutes which is extremely convenient when traveling with little kids.

• Mini vacation

  Our condo was fine for the price. No hair dryer available. All the dishes were plastic. I did not realize that HH Beach and Tennis club did not maintain the condo.

Our home is situated in the Ocean Villas section, completely furnished and we take pride in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. Rest assured guests continue to also have access to the shared amenities provided. The amenities we offer are clearly listed, but we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the absence of a hair dryer.
  - Since our condo is situated near the beach, we provide durable, non-breakable dishware that is in excellent condition, ensuring a safe and practical dining experience.
