This is a decent place to stay and one of the few if you're visiting friends or family in this part of Philadelphia. The beds are pretty bouncy and the pillows are very flat. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets for the beds. One of the towel rods in the bathroom is coming out of the wall. The shower is great. I appreciated the electric kettle for tea. The to-go cups for hot beverages are a nice touch though we didn't use them.

Location and setup was great. We found everything we needed easily for a comfortable long weekend getaway for two adults and one teen. We appreciated being able to travel with our dogs. Check out Philly Goat Project nearby if you have time during your stay. Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed our recent stay in this delightful home. Clean and beautifully decorated. It’s a cozy and comfortable duplex centrally located to downtown Philadelphia…yet, comfortably situated in a quiet, family neighborhood.
We were visiting family in the area and this pet friendly home was the ticket!
Cute kitchen to prepare meals if one is staying in. A few upgrades to kitchen utensils and cookware
would be helpful. The appliances were top notch. A beautiful refrigerator with ice making capability. A Bosch dishwasher and stove/microwave. Perfect for preparing meals if you don’t want to go out. The kitchen cookware could use some updates. Basic items such as salt/pepper, napkins, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent would be helpful…or communication for renters to shop for these items.
The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Both rooms have flat screen tv’s and overhead fans. We stayed in March so we didn’t have any concerns about air conditioning. We were very comfortable the three nights we stayed. The two bedrooms, as well as an office are located on the second floor. Quiet street with minimal to no traffic noise.
Yard space to walk your dogs as well as sidewalks.
We would recommend this home for people who are visiting the area and don’t want to stay in the City. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.
The Property Manager was friendly, helpful and readily available to help with any needs a renter would have.

This is a perfect house to stay in with your family. It is a great location for folks visiting family in the Philly suburbs, eg, Springfield, Abington, or Cheltenham townships. The basement is a great place for teens to hang out (though the tv needs replacing). The neighbors and neighborhoods are great. The kitchen has the basics to make a few dinners. The dining room table and chairs aren’t the best, I imagine they’ll be replaced soon. Staying here is a much better option than a hotel!!!

The owners have done a very nice job creating a welcoming home. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is in great condition (no saggy couches or beds). The neighborhood is quiet, and there is on-street parking in front of the house and a small driveway behind the house.
We spent several days there as we attended an event at the Philly Convention Center. The drive to the Convention Center (which is in the middle of the city) takes 25-45 minutes, depending on traffic. 25 minutes during non-rush hour and 45 minutes during rush hour.
We highly recommend this property if you need to be in the Philly area and don't want to stay in the middle of the city.
