  Our family came together from different parts of the country for an OU graduation and this house was perfect for a party of 8. Plenty of room to ramble and gather , The kitchen was spacious and perfect for entertaining. We like to cook so we had specific menus in mind for the 4 days we were there. Anything we needed was just 10 minutes away at the local Walmart or Dollar Tree. We spent plenty of time on the front porch watching cranes hunt gold fish in the pond. The neighborhood is so quiet and tranquil. Plenty of bedrooms and the bonus was a large bedroom downstairs off the kitchen that was perfect for my parents who have difficulty climbing stairs. Big table in the kitchen to gather round and visit or watch the NBA finals that were on. Keith contacted me soon after we checked in and let me know if we have any issues contact him. I had a few questions and he responded right away. We all wished it was summer so we could have enjoyed the pool. I would definitely rent again.The property was everything and more than I expected.

• Definitely Disappointed

  Writing this review hoping the owner will see this as a learning opportunity. We have stayed in several VRBOs and Airbnbs. This house is at the bottom of our list. It seemed to us that this house did not have a lot of thought out into it when listing it with VRBO. The kitchen was less than adequate. We had a large crowd to cook for. There were no measuring cups or measuring spoons. The cooking utensils were the cheapest brands. Some of the dishes weren’t very clean - mainly because there was off brand dishwasher soap. The cheap Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. We had to buy a new coffee pot.

  The entire house had a weird smell.

  There were only 4 bath towels available to us. We had 10 guests. The pool instructions said to use beach towels for the pool. There were none. The bath towel situation was remedied by the property manager.

  The lights in the master bathroom were burned out. We had to buy light bulbs for that room.

  The pool area had “anchors” for a pool cover that were sticking up around the pool. We had to cover those up with tape to insure no one broke a toe.

  If you chose to rent this house, good luck!

  - We'll be acquiring portable air fresheners for your convenience. You'll find them placed on both the lower and upper floors.
  - Before the arrival of upcoming guests, we will make certain to provide an abundant supply of bath towels, tailored to the guest count. Additionally, we'll also be adding beach towels to enhance guest experience.
  - As satisfaction is our goal, we'll ensure that all the lights in the house are functional before our guests' arrival.
  - Regarding the pool area, we've promptly addressed the anchor issue shortly after your departure.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

  We had a fantastic stay. It was hot, and we were in pool most of day. That being said,Great for adult group, BUT NOT KID FRIENDLY. Lots of room to roam outside, and tons of sleeping accomodations. We had 6 adults & 3 toddlers. Glass tables in living room,which is only inside gathering space. "Fully Equipped Kitchen" was NOT AT ALL. There are no cooking utensils AT ALL. 2 wooden spoons,ladle. That was it! No spatula,tongs,serving spoons,etc. Minimum silverware.Coffee maker was a SINGLE SERVE KEURIG. There are only 6 coffee cups. THERE WAS NO GRILL. We went to store & purchased a small charcoal grill to use as our meal plans centered around grilling. Pool was awesome and clean. All of this was a blip in life, and we made do. We actually had a fantastic time and memories for our kids and grandkids that are priceless. I could see us coming back here with some changes to the kitchen and grill situation. GREAT HOUSE AND POOL!!

  This is a great house and property. We had 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Kitchen needs a bigger coffee pot (only had single serve Keurig) and some cooking utensils (there were NONE) and there was no grill. Pool area was fantastic! House has tons of sleeping space.

  Close proximity to Tinker AFB, and easy to get to all the OKC attractions and airport. Would stay here again with some changes to kitchen and grill situation.
