CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This cottage is located behind the main house. Please enter through the gate to the left of the house closest to the driveway
- The entrance to the property is located by the left side gate closest to the driveway
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 042853#
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 12:00 PM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- There are long-term renters (an OU professor and his wife) that live in the main house and may be present during your stay
- The gated back deck attached to the main house is not available for guest use
- There is another gate on the front of the house that is part of a chain link fence that is not available for guest use. The long-term renters will have their two small dogs in the front yard at times. The dogs will not be in the backyard when guests are present and the deck and front yard are closed off from the backyard 
- A QR code with a walkthrough orientation of the property can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the leftmost section of the driveway
- The center and right-most spots in the driveway are designated for the long-term renters occupying the front unit of the house
