5/5 Easy walk to the flats- place is as described. Great price! Would book again. Room location was very close to entry/parking lot- didn’t need to climb stairs, elevator. Host was easily accessible to contact if we needed her.

Cute and Convenient, But Not All It Could Have Been
4/5 Property was easy to find, in a bustling neighborhood, with a nice view of Lake Erie. Our condo was cute and comfortable, but we felt like it could have been cleaner and had a few more amenities (a coffee maker with no coffee? That was a first in any AirBnB or Vrbo). Walking into the building, we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and garbage. This wasn’t noticed at all once we were in our condo, but walking through it was no picnic. Dishes and glasses in the cupboard were covered in smears and fingerprints. Cushions outside were soaking wet and unusable. The carpeting in our bedroom was really worn. None of this would have been a big deal, but considering the $200 cleaning fee (and the fact that we had to rewash dishes, and were asked to strip beds, port garbage to the dumpster up and down flights of stairs [the garbage chute was closed], etc.) it should have been cleaner.
