    This house had everything we needed for our big family! It’s beautiful, cozy and peaceful! We loved the location! Comfy beds, big bathrooms, amazing scenery and close to town!! So fun!

    For most of our large group, the house was excellent. Spacious, beautiful grounds and neighborhood. However, for those staying in the lower level Master Bedroom, the experience was far less than ideal. The furnace and tankless hot water heater are located inside the bedroom. Ever time the heat kicked in, the furnace made a tremendously loud noise. Every time someone turned on the hot water, the tankless water heat would "wake up," sounding like the engine of a car. These noises made it impossible to sleep! Additionally, the kitchenette inside the master bedroom had a dirty refrigerator and dirty sink.

    I messaged Evolve and submitted photos of the inside of the refrigerator and the sink, as well as the furnace and water heater. Obviously, photos of the furnace and water heater can't tell the story of the noise they make). Tina from Evolve responded that they are closing the case due to insufficient documentation. When I responded that I had submitted photos, she replied back that they are closing the case, as "the concerns are either subjective or have little impact on a guest's stay." Really Tina? Not being able to sleep due to extraordinarily loud noises from a furnace and water heater INSIDE a bedroom is a subjective concern? It has little impact on a guest's stay??

    I called the Evolve office requesting to speak with Tina and was told she was out of office and would call me back the next day. She did not call; instead, she emailed that the resolution remained and that the case was closed. When I replied that I was told she would call me back, she wrote back that I was misinformed- she was not going to call me , and that there would be no further communication, as the case has been closed. She wrote that I was "free to seek other avenues of resolution."

    In general, her condescending and utterly rude tone that came across in her email was way out of place. And her refusal to speak with me on the phone was completely unprofessional and not the way a paying guest should be treated.

    We would likely stay here again, as most of the group did enjoy the house, but I would advise not having anyone sleep in the downstairs Master. Additionally, this house is listed on platforms other than Evolve. I would suggest using those platforms to book, as my first and only experience with Evolve has been extremely disappointing.

    One more thing: be prepared to drive 6 min each way to dispose of your trash. And they will charge you for any trash that you don't dispose of.

We want to assure you that both the water heater, which is less than a year old, and the furnace, which has been recently serviced, are in optimal working condition. However, we acknowledge that individual sensitivities differ, and we regret that this affected your ability to rest peacefully during your stay.
    -Your feedback regarding the kitchenette's refrigerator and sink has been duly noted, and we are addressing these cleanliness issues promptly.
    -Our ability to effectively address reported issues is greatly dependent on open communication and the availability of documentation. When documentation is not provided, we rely on our best judgment, taking into consideration the statements provided by all parties involved. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding your case with Tina from Evolve. We will review our communication processes to ensure a more transparent and helpful resolution process in the future.
    -We appreciate your understanding of the unique mountain environment, including the trash disposal system. The Village of Angel Fire dictates the trash disposal arrangement, and this property is closer to the trash collection center than most homes in the resort.

    We genuinely appreciate your acknowledgment of the overall positive aspects of the property. We take all feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!

    Family Christmas. House and location were perfect - spacious for all of us to spread out and be comfortable, but with a warm, cozy feel.

    The house layout and the bed setup was excellent for our party which had 10 - the home sleeps up to 17, parking was good for 3 vehicles with utility trailers loaded with UTVs. The owners kept us up to date on information concerning a water boil notice and bear spotted near the property. Like a lot of homes in Angel Fire - no AC, so don't be surprised. Overall it was a great property!
