• Great location and well appointed home

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we called for maintenance someone arrived almost immediately. House has lots of nice extras — towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items. Location was perfect for skiing. We would definitely return

• Birthday Weekend Celebration

  Spectacular view! I can still see it in my mind. Great location. Easy to get to Angel Fire resort.

  Hot tub quit working day 2. I emailed management. Maintenance personnel immediately showed up and told us what we did wrong. We were good after that. If something goes wrong just email or call them.

  The hot tub was great before and after skiing. We heard hoot owls and coyotes while watching the moon and the stars.

  The fireplace was awesome. Really set the mood while we rooted on the Chiefs from New Mexico.

  The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the stove!

  We also found great places to eat. Pizza Stop was our fav mom and pop type pizza place. A Peruvian restaurant right by it Mikuna Grill was amazing.

  We had a great time celebrating our sweet friends birthday at this beautiful place.

• Fell short of expectations

  When we walked into the property, we were blown away by the view from the living room. It was better from the back porch. The home had the perfect amount of space for our family, but unfortunately as our stay progressed we faced several challenges & disappointments. We found many hairs in the master bedroom sheets. The oven was European & gas. No idea how to use it. Neither the guest contact or maintenance man could help. On the last night, found a manual on top of the refrigerator under pans. For 5 days used a small air fryer/oven to cook for 5. The gas fireplace stopped working the 1st morning. We were told it was too hot in the house & to cool it down. It still wouldn't turn on. Someone came & learned the thermal couple was dead & needed replaced. It was the holidays & the propane company was closed. We spent four days in the home staring at a dull fireplace with 20 & below temps. We chose this home for the views & the fireplace. We were disappointed that we missed out on utilizing the fireplace. One of the backdoors wouldn't lock & had to have maintenance come & fix. He was great. Later we learned the window left of the fireplace wouldn't lock. The porch by the garage had two pizza boxes left on it. The back porch had a cigar butt & empty sparkling water bottle left. The hot water heater would beep & we would have to reset it. One of our fave parts were the heated floors in the M bath. We made due w/what we had, but would've loved to use the amenities we paid for.

• Beautiful cabin

  We loved the cabin. Great location and amazing views. Everything was just as described. We would definitely stay here again. My teens loved the place.
