Nice place, not what was advertised
4/5 Our unit had no designated spots to park. The next unit had (2) designated spots. The resident next to us (D) was rude. Overall, the unit was very nice, but our group picked the unit advertised based on the members of the group. Not a big deal but only (1) days supplies of linens. Nice open concept. Extremely clean. More thorough communication needed as to what supplies are needed by the residents.

The house is as described
5/5 The house was as described and includes all we needed. It is our second stay in that quiet neighborhood. However, the living room furniture cleanness seemed to us a little suspicious that is why we did not used it at all. Which is file since there was the other part next to the entry. Other than that, the house was clean.
The beach is about 10 minutes’ walk but it is always active there. If you need calmer beach you need to drive farther to west side ( Delaware bay ).

5/5 We enjoyed a lovely stay celebrating our mother’s 70th birthday . Three ladies and mom good times!
