Amazing location for family get together!
5/5 We were all super impressed wirh the layout of this house for privacy.. All rooms were large and kitchen was well equiped for cooking..
We were alittle disappointed the gas grill was broken because we planned a bbq..
But location was quiet and we had a lovely visit.

5/5 Long story short, we had a huge change in plans due to a cancer diagnosis and a canceled wedding. Our friends beach trip quickly turned intp a micro wedding. Kyle's beach home was absolutely perfect. He was so gracious and communicative and extemely understanding. He even had HVAC people come and fix an air conditioning mishap within two hours of us calling! The home was clean, stocked well, with a beautiful view of the marsh. A five minute walk to the beach and restaurants and groceries were easy! The neighbors even came over with a thumb drive containing wedding footage! This was truly the perfect stay and i would return any day. Thank you!

Perfect!
5/5 Beautiful, clean, comfortable home! Beautiful view of canal/marsh and a very quick easy walk to beach access. Perfect for family and friend get together and even a micro wedding which is what we used it for.
House was fully stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes and basic spices.
Host was very communicative and fixed an AC problem within 2 hours of us calling. The neighbors are even so sweet!
Couldn't recommend this home more!
