Beautiful lake-front home
5/5 We enjoyed a beautiful long weekend stay in this lovely home in mid-January. The lake views are quite nice in the winter, and the neighborhood has friendly neighbors and a paved road to walk on. The house itself was quite clean, the beds comfortable, and every amenity we wanted was there. Two things to know are: 1) the outside grill is charcoal not gas, so come prepared, and 2) as with many homes using well water, there is a sulfur smell to the water and to you after you shower/bathe. Despite this, we would happily stay here again due to the lake view, clean home with plenty of space, and close access to a grocery store, restaurants, and the Charlotte area.
Family Christmas at Lake Norman
5/5 Our group consisted of my daughter, her husband, my son and his daughter. Our ages are 77, 57, 56, 55, and 9, so you can imagine that our stay was focused on the 9 year old. It rained most days, but we cooked, played games, opened presents, watched the geese, and took naps. My son "dipped" into the lake, but was alone in his daring venture. This house was in a quiet neighborhood which seemed to be populated by permanent residents. No noise and not much coming and going. The property was perfectly clean and had plenty of towels. The only criticism (and this is only because we are a family of cooks) would be that there was a dearth of pots and pans and mixing bowls. We made do and got along fine. All in all, a wonderful holiday.

Great Site for Attendance for Local Family Wedding
5/5 The house and grounds were beautiful and looked as noted in pictures. The deck on back of the home along with beach/lake was a big hit with my young nieces and provided a nice break between our wedding activities.
We really appreciated all of the amenities that were provided.
The house manager was gracious and responded promptly as needed.
We all agreed we would come back again!
Lovely Waterfront Home
5/5 This home was perfect for my family. We were able to swim and fish right from the backyard. The mattresses were perfect! The house was very clean and the sunsets from the porch were so beautiful.
