excellent location for weekend stay
3/5 Pros: excellent location, plenty of parking, great size for a couple or small family, nice porch.
Cons: house in need of maintenance/ upkeep, electrical & plumbing & exterminator issues.

Hi Beth, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- Thank you for sharing your feedback. The electrical issue turned out to be an outlet that was controlled by a switch and so everything was resolved. The plumbing issue was a result of a dripping refrigerator line which has also been repaired. The home is sprayed for pests every month and we would have had them come again to address any issues during the stay if you had reached out to us.
- We appreciate the feedback so we can continue to improve and provide guests with the 5-star service we are known for. We hope to host you again soon!Beautiful location
5/5 We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch/balcony where we could see the ocean (or, at night, hear it). We liked the location and that the neighborhood was so quiet (we were there in early March). We chose the house because it is dog-friendly. We lost our 13-year old pup just before our scheduled arrival and decided to go ahead and make the trip. It was a good decision. This house was a wonderful place to grieve his absence. We would definitely stay here again.
