  This house was perfect for accommodating mine and my husbands families so we could all meet up and spend their spring break together! It was a clean, fully furnished home and perfectly located to walk to the beach. We were all very happy with our stay.

  Enjoyed it. Was clean. Provided plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were accommodating. Wish they would have provided a few more trash bags, and paper towels. Also we couldn't figure out how to get the cable to work. Enjoyed the location, and had a great stay. Would stay here again.

  Property could use some renovation. Beds were ok. AC did not work on both days during the afternoon. It was hard to get some one to answer when we called for maintainence.

  - It's important to note that your stay coincided with the aftermath of Hurricane Idalia, which can sometimes lead to temporary disruptions in services. When we received your message on 9/2/23 at 7:30 PM, our maintenance person responded promptly and went to the property to investigate. After a thorough check, it was determined that the A/C was functioning, but the thermostat required adjustment to cool the home at a lower temperature. You subsequently confirmed that the A/C was working fine on 9/3, and we appreciate your understanding.
  - Regarding the "property could use some renovation" comment, I understand that preferences can vary, and we value guest feedback to continuously improve our offerings. However, to address your concerns more effectively, it would be helpful to have specific details about what aspects of the property you believe need renovation, as our property is represented online as a beach house.
  - As for your request to extend the check-out time on 9/4, we try to be accommodating whenever possible, but there are times when we have to adhere to the standard check-out time due to cleaning schedules to prepare for the next guests.
  - We would like to emphasize that we take guest communication seriously and aim to address issues promptly, as evidenced by the swift response to your A/C concern. In our opinion, there was no communication issue, and we made every effort to ensure your comfort during your stay.

  This was the perfect house for our family group of 19. The location was perfect with great access to the beach. We had no reason to leave to do anything else. We did venture out for dinner at Mermaids and ice cream from Beaches and Cream which were both excellent. It was extremely hot the week were there and the upstairs struggled to stay cool at times, but it cooled off at night and the downstairs was always cool. Beds were very comfortable. We liked having two kitchens to prepare meals and had all the utensils we needed. We had a leak with one of the toilets, but maintenance was quick to respond and it was fixed. There were no kitchen towels and were told to use the paper towels. If you have a large group, bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. Some was there, but not enough to accommodate a large group of family for the week. We would definitely stay here again!
