I’d say 4.5 stars but that wasn’t an option. Owner performed a great save on this trip.
4/5 This place is so cute, was the perfect size and layout for my large family. We enjoyed playing games, watching movies and sitting around the fire pit. The cabin was still decorated for the holidays which was such a special touch. It has everything you need in the kitchen and the bathrooms have toiletries available.
We had several issues upon arrival; the gas fireplace didn’t work, the hot tub was filthy and not operational, the garbage disposal didn’t work, and the loft space was dirty. We called the owner and they had someone on-site within an hour to do as many repairs as possible. This was HUGE to us! It showed that, while things happen, the owners wanted to make it right.
We really had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!
House for wedding guests
5/5 We had 4 houses for some of our wedding guests. This one was great. Plenty of SUV parking, outstanding views, and great bedrooms with en suite baths, no sharing 🙂.

5/5 We were in town for a family wedding and rented this charming home during our stay. The property exceeded our expectations and provided opportunities for relaxation (hot tub) and fun (pool table/foosball) when we were not busy with wedding activities. Would recommend this home to any and all visitors to the western NC mountains!

5/5 The cabin was so beautiful and we loved the layout! It suited our family perfectly! The kitchen was well stocked. The linens were provided and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a great help ! The only concern we have is that although the cabin was clean for the most part, it is definitely in need of a deep cleaning … also the internet listing shows pics that make it seem as though there is more yard that is walkable .. rather it was pretty much up on a hill with little or no walkable ground. Lastly, we had some elderly folk with us and the bath tubs/showers were not conducive for them. We also never had the trash picked up and we were a little confused as to what to do about that … it piled up quickly. Other than that, a perfect cabin for a large family get away ! We would definitely rent it again ! Thanks for the memories ! The Powell Family

5/5 The cabin upon arrival was very clean and in order. Everything you could possibly need was there. Evolve was great to deal with and the Cleaning Lady who was leaving when we arrived had done a great job!
