Easy to access and had everything we needed for a short stay, located in the bottom floor of someone's home. Happy to recommend for short stays for any couple.

It is downstairs to a home so you will hear some upstairs foot noise but not bad. Surrounding area is quiet.

Great stay in Boone
5/5 The property was exactly like described. It was a great location for visiting our daughter at App State. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The bonus was visiting with the chickens and bunnies. The owner was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
