5/5 Precious cottage close to everything. Host was responsive to needs…cottage was clean, cozy and comfortable! Great place to stay.

Near Perfect
4/5 The only issues we had were the noisy ceiling fan in the living room and the central air conditioner couldn’t keep it making the unit hot and somewhat uncomfortable during the day.

5/5 Cute little home. We were satisfied.
Ended up not staying at property
3/5 Upon arriving to property, we didn’t feel like we were in a safe part of neighborhood at all. Felt like this disclaimer wasn’t listed in the description. Area is run down. Property manager did refund us for one night and was very nice and apologized that we didn’t feel safe.

"We're sorry if you felt unsafe at any time during check-in. We've never had issues with guest safety and do advertise the location of our home in our listing so that guests can be aware of our location. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Mississippi, with no nearby reports of crime, that we are aware of, in the last two years. Additionally, the police department is less than a mile away. As you can see from our past reviews, we've never had feedback like this before and most of our guests rave over the peaceful and beautiful area.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays."Anniversary trip
