  Great time. Lots of games for families. It is a duplex with thin walls. Like the neighbors are in your livingroom. But we enjoyed our stay.

• Not what I expected

  The fact that I was forced to book this property last min because the last property cancelled on me was unacceptable! Apparently their pipes froze and somehow that’s classified as a natural disaster! (Piss poor planning is more like it)…We were notified only a few hours before we were supposed to check in. We didn’t even get the courtesy of a simple apology! Then I book this place last minute and was under the impression I was booking a house, but it’s not. It’s a duplex, which in my opinion is no different than an apartment. Not to mention, there’s little to no water pressure, the dishwasher doesn’t work, and the property looks nothing like what’s in the photos. The hot side of the kitchen faucet didn’t even work, so naturally, neither did the dishwasher. The “fire pit” that’s advertised was out of propane and was not replaced our entire stay. This is literally the 3rd VRBO property I have rented that has been nothing like advertised or everything was just not working. The only thing this place has going for it is that the host was very accommodating and easy to contact. At least he acted like he cared. The last day of our stay and we still had no WiFi service, or hot water in the kitchen!

  Hi Brian, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if the home and decor meet their expectations. With the exception of it being winter time our listing photos reflect the property accurately.
  - The issues with the water pressure, dishwasher, and hot water were all related to everything getting back up and running after the pipes froze due to the severe weather we had, but we're sorry that this had a negative impact on your stay.
  - Unfortunately, the Wifi was disconnected accidentally when the company was out doing repairs in the street. It has since been repaired and is working perfectly.
  - We will be removing the bonfire from our listing due to the surrounding issues that have been caused by it being left on overnight, leaving the next incoming guest without propane.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Just what we needed and more.

  It was perfect for us. We were only in town for a couple days to spend time with family. We needed a place to lay our heads so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the house. But I was pleased that the pictures on vrbo we’re exactly what we rented. I will definitely consider renting this house next time we come to town.
