Great historic house for adults and kids
5/5 We had a 10yr old, 3yr old, 2 yr old and 3 month with 9 adults. We all had a great time. There was plenty of toys and space for the kids to explore and play. They also have baby gates to block of the stairs. The house has great character. It's so close to walk into town. The communication with Colleen was great, she quickly solved an issue with the top floor being too warm. Would definitely recommend!

Well equipped quirky old house
4/5 Our family of 8 were in Gaylord for a wedding. The house is located on the Main Street and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. On arrival we found the front door wide open. This was uncomfortable given the house fronts Main Street. As a 100 year old house it has its quirks and it appears the font door is a bit warped and the deadbolt is not latching I contacted the management company but never heard back. We found the house to be empty and enjoyed our stay. It has a "lived in feel" to it. My daughter described it best "it feels like the family moved out and left everything". There is a wide and ample array of household necessities to include laundry detergent, bath supplies to include hair dryer. The house holds a lot of antiques. Family photos and mementos are located throughout the house. It was a warm weekend in Gaylord and the air conditioning does not extend beyond the first level. There are tower fans but were not up to the task. The third floor bedroom was a sauna so we did not use this room. I recommend window units be installed in this space. I would stay here again.
