• Bad start to stay

  It took over hour hours to gain entrance to the condo when I arrived. The code the that I was given to enter the property was incorrect. Multiple calls and texts to to the local contacts from the management company (Evolve management)went unanswered. After waiting over four hours I got the correct code. This was a very basic step that was mishandled.

  The condo itself was fine. Spacious and comfortable, but lacking some basic amenities that I have come to expect ( ie - no coffee maker and no steaming subscriptions on the TV)

  If I return to Ketchum, I will choose a different property and management company with which to do buisness.

• Close to base area

  Stayed here for a week when skiing with family at Sun Valley. Overall property was great. Good communication with the management company and owners- had clear instructions and texted back right away when we had a question. Super convenient to both the town and base area- we did have a car so we just did the 3 minute drive to the parking lot each morning but you probably could walk it or wait for the bus if you didn't have a car although I wouldn't recommend it with all your ski gear on.

  One important note- not a negative just important to know, this is the first vrbo I've stayed in where there was zero oil, spices etc for cooking. It was fine and we made it work, were just a little surprised when we went to make a grocery list and there was only salt and pepper in the kitchen. Also the coffee maker is a french press. Again not lowering my rating just feel like other people should know. Ski mornings are hard and even harder when you have to make coffee very slowly.

• Great condo and location!

  We loved our stay here! This condo is perfectly located near the River Run lodge - the free shuttle bus system picks up right outside, or it's an easy 10 minute walk to both the mountain base or downtown Ketchum to all the restaurants and other attractions. No car is needed. The condo was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped for our 3 night stay. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating for modified check-in/out times. We would definitely recommend this condo, and would stay again!
