Party for Newlyweds - weekend stay
5/5 Nephew got married in Denver in October 2023. Mother lives on St. Simons so had a party Saturday night for family in Georgia to meet his new bride. We had 7 family members stay at the condo. Very nice, beds were comfortable, convenient location, beach access was close by, and restaurants were easy to locate. Great trip!

Relaxing fun
4/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo.
Just a couple of odd things though; the handwash dispensers in the bathrooms were present, but empty.
The rack in the guest bath fell off the wall-we called the number posted to have it fixed, but crickets.
The location was great and otherwise a very nice condominium.

From the owner: "My apologies for the towel rack and non-response from our manager. I have communicated with her and it won’t be missed again. As far as the soap dispenser, those are sometimes bought and left there by vacationers, there should have also been a bar of soap provided by the cleaning crew. I have notified them to make sure they dispose of any empty containers. Other than that I hope you enjoyed your time!"
Comfy stay
5/5 The unit had everything expected. Communication with property manager was clear and all details were given.
Would recommend and would book again when in St. Simons.
