Spring Break 2024
5/5 Our family spent spring break at this property and it was perfect. The house is very clean, well stocked, and in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. The backyard is awesome and the pool is great. We were close to downtown and the beaches.
The owner was very responsive and extremely kind. One evening we inquired about grilling utensils and she thought there was some at the house. When we could no locate any, she had a complete set over-nighted to us.
Our stay was incredible and we would definitely stay again.

Awesome pool and back yard!
5/5 We spent all of our time relaxing by the pool. The pool/backyard got sun all day long which was awesome for sunbathing and just enjoying the space. The house is a good size to host 6-8 guests. I couldn't imagine having many more people than that. Counter space in the kitchen is limited but with the dining room table prepping food was easier. Cameras all over the property for security purposes but we did weirdly feel watched due to that. However, we do understand why they are in use. Surrounding neighborhood is cute and quiet with a very small convenience store within a 3 block walking distance. Good bars and restaurants are a very short drive/Uber ride.Sheryl was very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages.

5/5 Comfortable for 8, well equipped, great location. Walkable to many restaurants. Located in beautiful historic Northwood. Loved pool.
