Wonderful visit

Wonderful stay!
5/5 Beautiful apartment with a huge balcony providing view of ocean and bay. The kitchen has been converted to open plan with everything you could possibly need - the water filter on the refrigerator is a major bonus. Super comfortable beds. The location is perfect being on the beach. One covered parking space on-site. Communication with owner was exceptional.

Vacation 2023
5/5 Have vacationed in this area for many years and this condo did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed and more. Views of the Gulf and Bay were great. The hosts, Larry and Amanda were wonderful. Always responsive when I had questions. Looking forward to next year.
Special Little Place in Paradise! Pics Don't Do it Justice
5/5 I own a condo on Sanibel that I cant stay at RN due to the recovery process from Hurricane Ian. I didn't think I could find as an Idyllic spot. I was wrong. Just spent 19 nights at this lovely home away from home and absolutely loved the Sunset Beach area of Treasure Island. Feels way more exclusive and 'private' that the end near John's Pass I stayed at last time. Walk to Caddy's on the Beach. ALL the amenities and steps to the sand and great pool and more. 100% returning. Also the photos of the listing don't do the place justice at all. You literally sit with a cocktail looking at the sun going down over the ocean or rising above the waterways. And they removed a wall and put in a killer open concept kitchen not in pics
