Home in the Villages
5/5 This property was true to the pictures. Wonderfully appointed furniture, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and utensils. Property manager was super helpful and easy to contact.
Only suggestion would be a television added to the master suite!
We would definitly rent this property again!

Nice house - but no golf at Villages
3/5 As I sat outside on the patio, listening to the interstate highway a half mile away, I contemplated how I was misrepresented in thinking I'd be able to golf at the villages. My intention down there was to golf several days at the villages facilities. When I went to make a tee time the process was so complicated. I finally realized that I was not able to make a tee time with that system. I had to have a resident pass. My guest pass does not qualify me to make tee times. When I called the booking agency they said I needed a resident pass, which only the owner has. In order to get that the owner has to give up her resident pass and then go through the process to get another one. She is the only one that can book a tee time for a guest. And the owner would not do that. So I went out of town to golf elsewhere. I never golfed once at the villages. They told me the only way I could do that is to call every golf course early in the morning to see if they have any openings. So don't assume you can go there and golf at the villages just because they mention it. As you will read it also mentions golf courses that are off of the property. That is a hint I should have looked into. Oh, I forgot to mention that if you don't understand the tee time booking system, you can always go to a 3-hour 'tee time' class!

the Villages southern end
5/5 Nice quiet area with small lake in backyard. Furniture in lanai to enjoy view. Electric golf cart worked great. Layout of house was perfect for 5 adults and one crawling baby. Stocked with all essentials including coffee cream, breakfast cake and chocolates in refridge. Wash machine soap, dish soap, sugar, coffee, etc. A nice surprise. Would stay here again.
