4/5 Enjoyed the house very much. Was very clean and roomy. The only issue was the directions for accessing the house. They need to be updated with the correct procedure.

Our first visit to St.Augustine and renting a house
5/5 Overall the stay was excellent. House was interesting with plenty of room. Kitchen well stock for cooking. Inside neat and tiny with information pamphlets available. Location was excellent close to attractions and stores. Enjoyed the older house has nice character. Comfortable sitting areas and beds with great linings. Multiple choices for streaming available. However... Could use some tender love and care, back yard bricks very uneven and unsafe. Back yard was not set up, had to put out the cushions. All chairs questionable, dinning room table broken and chairs unsafe good thing we only had 4 people using the table. Heavy calcium build up on the shower heads/faucets. Multiple other things but do not need to name them all. Some or all of the above could have been caused by disrespectful past house guest.

Wonderful stay
5/5 House was clean and very hospitable. Had a change of plans and luckily house was available a couple days out. Location was convenient to town and we had a great time visiting the area.
