Great location!
5/5 This house is just as listed. A little wear on the carpets, but sufficiently clean home. Close walk to beach-chose walking over finding a spot in crowded beach parking lot. Did Venice Beach one day, close drive. Saw manatee’s, dolphins & beautiful birds at Nokomis Beach. Loved the sunroom. Owner very responsive and clear. Would stay here again!

Home needs a serious cleaning‼️‼️carpets stained, layers of dust on baseboards, oven had baked on food on racks and floor of oven. Mattresses on twin beds had no support. Home decor/furnishings very outdated…..

Perfect!
5/5 This adorable place was perfect for us. The house was clean and comfortable, it smelled good. Had everything we needed. But the best part for me was how close it was to the beach. Maybe an eight minute walk. Should we come back I’d rent it again!
