4/5 The condo could use a good deep cleaning. There were hairs on both bathroom floors when arrived. Beds not comfortable at all. Location was great. We lived in Daytona bch shores many years. Now live in Atlanta.

Wonderful place to vacation
5/5 This was my second time staying in this beautiful ocean front condominium.
Very nicely appointed and very clean. There new appliances in kitchen since my last stay.
Craft ice is always a nice touch.
Great new access to the beach and so convenient to have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels stocked in utility closet.
Great fun in downtown New Smyrna, 1.5 miles away. Stroll down Flagler Ave, happy hours abound. Avanu is an amazing spot with roof top bar and dining.
We could see improvements happening all over the complex. The pool is beautiful. From it's top floor location the views of ocean up and down the coast are breath taking.
Don't miss dunes park to the north of town, we enjoyed morning walks and observed the tortoises wandering about. We'll be back.

when we arrived, so we had to wait, Thanks Mr. Moody for all your help.
shower needs to be clean; you have mold. knob in shower awful mold needs to be taken off and clean, bottom of shower nasty.
no battery in bedroom remote, also couldn't adjust temp. needs battery.
knob missing on washer.
We have stayed in this unit several time, but not up to par this time.

Wonderful
5/5 Beautiful condo with patio overlooking the beach. Peaceful and spacious. Beautifully furnished and came equipped with towels and beach chairs, cooler bag and anything you might need at the beach.

5/5 Great Place with wonderful views! Close to the beach and pool. Very clean with nice decor! Would definitely stay there again.
