Alot to like
4/5 Comfortable and clean home with alot of space. Plenty of toiletries, kitchenware unlike most homes this size which only give a starter set. Lots of games, tvs and even a putting green. I liked that there were ceiling fans in every room. Area is excellent and everything is a short drive away.
There were a few small issues that guest contact immediately addressed. My biggest issue was the pool. This was the deal maker in choosing this property. Upon arrival I was informed that all the pollen could not be cleaned out. I tried to do it myself but was a losing battle. Also it wasn't heated. Between the cold water and endless debris on surface we barely used it. I could've rented a cheaper home without a pool.
Next issue was the street its on. It's like a dead end side road that's half paved with no street lights. A little creepy.
Overall it was good. It was a last minute booking for kids spring break.

Great stay!
5/5 The house was great for our stay! Easy drive to and from Clearwater beach, nice restaurants to choose from near by and it was in a quiet/ safe area! The pingpong table and corn hole were a hit! We are just bummed the weather wasn’t nice enough for swimming but it was a nice backyard to lounge in! Also really appreciated how attentive the host was! I texted him to let him know the coffee machine wasn’t working and although I declined when he asked if we wanted him to send a new one, he dropped one off the next day! Definitely recommend!
Largo stay
2/5 My wife was graduating so we got a bigger house with a pool for family to come stay with us . There was old food in the microwave. The pool smelled of old stale water . It was filthy . We did like the fact of how many beds were in the house . Could have been a total different experience if it was taken care of .

Awesome Place!!!
5/5 The house was clean and ready to roll upon our arrival. We had 8 adults and 8 boys. Sleeping arrangements were just fine for that many occupants as long as you dont mind a couple pullout couches. Kitchen area and dining area is nice and wide open. The pool was fantastic for the boys and the sun lounging area was great. A little but of a drive to the attractions and beaches from the house but our stay was a good balance of house fun and beach fun so it worked. The ONLY thing this house is missing is that 1/2 Bathroom for that many people LOL.
Awesome Space!
5/5 We stayed 5 nights, with 4 different families. Easily slept all 13 people and accommodated our request ahead of time to add some curtains and blinds so kids 3 and under could nap! Communication from beginning to end was great, and any questions were quickly answered. The pool area with cabana was definitely the highlight. A great space to entertain kids, and enjoyed the ability to spread out with adults. Location was an easy drive to a handful of beaches and restaurants. We would and likely will stay again!
