4/5 Lovely home. Clean some quirks with hot water. Neighbors accross street insist on parking T end of driveway making parking a challenge. No fault of home owners. Lovely home and stay. Only request would be a bigger coffee pot.

We enjoyed our stay
5/5 The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with modern stainless steel appliances and the AC works great in hot summer days. It also has an office room which we like. Will stay again next year.

New to Lakeland
5/5 We very much enjoyed our stay at the Modern Retreat in Lakeland, Florida. This was our first visit to this area and the home was perfect for our needs. This home is roomy, clean and comfortable. I can see that there are improvements in progress, so it is only going to get better. It was a pleasure working with the Evolve team and the owner. Great kitchen. TVs in every room. You can park your car in the garage. The internet worked well, which was important because I worked during part of our stay. I can't think of anything that was needed that we didn't have. Thank you for a great vacation rental experience and I hope to return in the future.
Beautiful and lovely home
5/5 We stayed here for a family member’s birthday. And we loved the house so much we did not want to ever leave. We loved the automatic door lock and we never had to worry about a house key. We loved the fact that there was a TV in each room and also the kitchen was superb. Used it to cook breakfast each morning. The home was very spacious and met our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The one bad thing during our stay was the A/C stopped working but the owner was able to get somebody to the house quickly to fix it. And I liked how she responded quickly to our message and handled the situation nicely. We hope to stay again in the future.

Certainly Not Exceptional
3/5 We never felt comfortable due to a lack of privacy caused by missing shutter pieces from the blinds in both the master bedroom and living room areas The kids needed to use the shower in the master bedroom as the shower in the hallway bath wouldn't work properly. These issues seem to be long standing with either the property owner OR management not resolving them.
