Great property
5/5 First of all I have to say the property manager was super attentive and always at the end of a text message for issues and sorted them straight away.
Positives.
The property manager.
The cleanliness inside the villa.
The space
The pool (generally)
The hottub.
Didn't use the games room but it looked great.
Negatives.
Unless you are going upstairs (we were only 2 so didn't) the thermostat goes into ECO mode and doesn't cool the house. Daily text message to have to get it set remotely.
The pool area could have been cleaner. Furniture was a bit moldy and pool toys were dirty. I imagine that this was due to the house not being used much over the winter.
We paid for pool heating which was great except it didn't work on the last day. We didn't report it as by the time it would have heated up it would have been too late.
All in all it was a great property albeit with some niggles that aren't the end of the world but annoying.

Beautiful house

Spacious and clean
5/5 Kids enjoyed the game room in the morning and after visiting the parks. Pool was a bit cool too use during our stay as air temps were cool. Plenty of room to spread out and regenerate. It's an older neighborhood but pretty convenient to Target and restaurants. Property manager was attentive.
