Clean and Spacious

4/5 Good overall. Not a luxury accommodation, but a good option for families or if you have a group.
It was quite clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived. It is exactly as advertised. The pool area is pretty basic, but good for lying in the sun and a quick dip. The property shows some wear and tear (chipping paint here and there).
There are a few rules to be aware of such as thermostat must stay at 74•F, warning to use minimal water and electricity that may make a stay with a family less than ideal.
Good communication and service from the owners. We enjoyed our stay overall.

5/5 1st time using this location and it was perfect. Literally only 20 minutes to Orlando and the airport. Nice quiet area and the home is very nice. Plenty of sleeping space, great kitchen, bathrooms, pool is walking distance and easy access. Definitely will be back soon.

Great Value and Location
5/5 The unit was clean, communication was excellent from the owner, and the property is in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores and activities close by. Short 20-minute drive from MCO and close to most Disney parks.
