  We had a fantastic trip. The condo is clean, had a great location, and had fantastic accommodations. The price is affordable, and the management was very helpful and accommodating.

• Great place

  We brought our family (6ppl) for a week at Disney and we had one running the marathon. It was exactly as advertised and everything went smoothly. Once we found the quick way over to the Publix shopping area we were golden. Just take a left out of the complex and go straight through the light and keep going. It dumps you into the Publix parking lot. We did not use any amities but did go on a walk to check them out. Looks great. Lots of activity. We would definitely stay in this area again.

• it all depends on the neighbors

  I've never before had an experience where I loved a property, but would NEVER book it again.

  The community amenities were wonderful. The home was exactly as advertised and very comfortable.

  The neighbors above us were an absolute nightmare. They partied the ENTIRE time, but each night, got especially loud around 3:30am. You could feel the vibrations of the music in every bed. Voices carried so easily that it sounded like people must be standing right outside our windows, yet they were in the unit above us. When they were on their balcony, it was even worse. We heard footsteps, dancing, and the screech and slide of every chair.

  We thought, based on the fact that this was a gated community with posted security 24/7 that this wouldn't be an issue. We contacted the property manager via text (as they had been communicating with us) and we weren't answered for hours and were simply told that someone from the HOA went by and there was no one on the patio. Every night, we had to go upstairs and ask them to turn it down. They would to some degree, but it never lasted even an hour. No one truly slept for the 3 nights we were there and we flew home utterly EXHAUSTED.

  I have no way of knowing if the people above us were renters or owners, but I'd never take the chance again. Based on the host and community's response to our situation, I'd never chance a stay here again. We may consider the community with a different host and only if we had a townhouse style property.

  - As we value guest satisfaction, we're sorry to hear that nearby noise impacted your stay. Once we were notified about the concern, we immediately reached out to the HOA and we were later updated that they stopped by and there were no loud noises. We also stopped by another time after and communicated with the guest above but they were not loud.
  - We do apologize for the inconvenience, but while we strive to provide a comfortable environment, external factors are simply out of our control. Guests can rest assured that this was an uncommon and unfortunate incident, unprecedented in the property's five-year rental history, as shown by previous reviews.
  - We've enhanced security protocols and communication with the HOA management, prioritizing immediate action through our guest book.
  We truly do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• All around great place.

  The size and cleanliness of the property was great. The condo was fully loaded with cookware, dishes, pillows, and blankets. Great location surrounded by shops, resturaunts, and things to do. One recommendation i would have is to get a fan in the master bedroom because it is the hottest room in the house. They say not to turn down the ac past 74 which is ok everywhere else except that room. However, all in all the place was great. It had pools, play areas, basketball court, Volleyball court, and a water park. The family loved it. We would definitely rent again if we were coming to the orlando area again
