CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The property is accessible via keyless entry. The host will provide you with the passcode prior to check-in
- Please only use the keyless entry and do not use any other doorknob locks or you may be locked out of the house 
- After entering the home, an additional key will be on the table in the front. Please take this key for use during your stay and put the other key back into the lockbox to avoid getting locked out
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the table
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items from the refrigerator
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all furniture back to its original spot
- Set the thermostat back to 79 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking permitted inside. Guests can smoke in the back and cigarettes must be extinguished and disposed of properly 
- Pet friendly with a $250 fee (dogs only, 2 max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please keep pets out of the bedrooms
- Please keep the thermostat at 79 degrees when not at home
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- The ice/water dispenser on the fridge is not to be used. Ice cube trays are in the freezer for guest use
- The property runs on a septic system. Thus, it is critical no items (wipes, feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- The septic tank is in the backyard and is marked by bricks on top of a green piece of wood. Please do not tamper with this system

- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior doorbell camera above the front door facing the front entrance/yard. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera is not active and is there to make guests feel safe however the neighborhood is very quiet and safe

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. The driveway is not wide enough to fit 2 vehicles side by side; please park your second vehicle behind the first vehicle
