  Stayed here for a mom’s weekend and we had the best time! Such a short walk to the beach, everything was clean, and communication was great!

  The location is incredible. It is just steps off of the beach. No need to worry about a long walk, crossing busy streets or finding parking to enjoy the beach.

  The house was very clean and has everything that we needed for our stay. Beach chairs, Beach towels and even a cooler were included.

  We are already planning our next stay.

  Loved the location, all the beach toys, beautiful home, and decor! Would absolutely book again for future stays in the area!

  It is not beachfront but is close enough. The bedrooms are right against the street and there is constant traffic. You can only see a sliver of ocean from three rows back, between the condos in front of this one. The stairs are STEEP! However all this is listed, except for the traffic and one must look hard to find the small print stating it isn’t beachfront.

  All the pots and pans looked old and had dried food on them, however after I let the property manager know, she did bring some. We were notified the day after we got here the dishwasher was broken so a hard bang at the door the next morning after that - at 9:00am-brought a maintenance man to install a new one. We to left but Carley was here and had brought pots and pans which are unboxed in the microwave cabinet. Came back to beach towels on both sides of the island where the dishwasher was installed.

  The Hard part is having to clean and wash everything we used before leaving because we leave at 5 am. So the towels and wash clothes we used to shower I’m up late washing and drying.

  VRBO AND Evolve add fees which equals almost $600 in addition to the price. Seems unfair and it caught me off guard. I had no idea until I saw it on my credit card bill. These are additional fees that are automatically charged later. ( they were in my case and I can prove it).

  Easy access with code. The location is ok. I personally don’t mind the security camera, as other reviewers had problems with. The house itself is just ok. The shower tile is old. We wore shower shoes. The half bath is tiny. Nice large TVs- 3.

  An iron and an electric can opener would’ve been nice. The washer door has to be lifted to close. It leaks water and the clothes are very wet after the cycle, so the dryer doesn’t get them dry with one cycle.

  The owners will fix these problems, I’m sure….

  A small group ( we had 5 adults and that’s too many for this tiny place) would be ok here. It’s not bad…I’ve just stayed in much better for the same price or less and without the added evolve AND vrbo fees.

  - We will definitely have the washer door inspected to ensure that it is in perfect working order for future guests. Your comfort and convenience are important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest, and washing towels is not required of our guests.
