Relaxing 4 Day Get Away
5/5 This is an amazing property with so many amenities for our relaxing 4 day get away! With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect for our group. In addition the house has a great heated pool and everything everything we needed for the beach (beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and a golf cart).
The property management company was very responsive, especially when someone backed into our golf cart parked down by the beach :(. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring break get away
5/5 Property was in a great location. Close to beach, icecream, bars and shops! Everyone had a great time fishing off the dock, swimming and relaxing by the pool. Would definitely rent this property again!

Sisters Trip at Indian Rocks Beach
5/5 Stayed at this house with 4 of my sisters to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had a lot of fun! The house was perfect for us…plenty of room…really enjoyed the heated pool…and the golf cart! Would stay here again.

Perfect house and location!
5/5 We loved our stay even if the weather didn't fully cooperate for our short trip. The house and pool are exactly as pictured. The kids loved the heated pool and us adults loved the sun loungers around the pool. Inside, there was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of beach and bath towels, and the bedroom layout is great for a varied group of friends/family. We tried out the golf cart, which was a fun perk, although there are so many great restaurants, and the beach, in walking distance that we didn't really need it. Our only suggestions would be a few towel racks in the primary suite bathroom and a row of hooks for beach towels near the slider to the pool. Sadly, we didn't need the AC, but the heat worked well and kept us cozy during a cold (by FL standards) and rainy few days. We'd definitely recommend this place for any larger group looking for a perfect house and location in IRB!

5/5 House is great! Very clean and comfortable, especially the beds.The outside space and toys, pool, golf cart are all great! Neighborhood is quiet. Walk to the beach in a few minutes for the sun and sunset! Had a couple of questions and they were quickly answered. Would definitely stay here again!
